Transcripts are provided free of charge. The standard processing time is 7-10 business days for all transcript requests. To order an official transcript, please complete the Request for Transcript of Academic Record form. You must sign the form. Digitally signed forms are not accepted. The request may be submitted via:

- MyTNCC - If it has not been more than three years since your last enrollment at Thomas Nelson, you may be able to request a transcript online.
If you are unable to print the request for transcript of academic record form, you may submit a signed request. Please include the following information:
- SSN or Student Identification Number (EMPLID)
- Approximate Dates of Attendance
- Previous Name(s)
- Mailing Address Where You Want Your Transcript Sent
If you need your transcript sooner or need an electronic transcript, please visit our Parchment Storefront. There is a charge to use the service. Transcripts will be processed within 24-48 hours not to include weekends and college closures. Please refer to the academic calendar for dates.
The college closes for winter break. During this time, transcripts will not be available. The last day to submit a request for a transcript is the “posting grades/repeat process” date. Walk-in requests will be honored until the published closed date. Please review the academic calendar for dates.
