Thomas Nelson Community College Workforce Development along with the Greater Williamsburg Chamber and Tourism Alliance is hosting six spring 2014 Prepare-Care-Share training courses and three tours, aimed at customer service and an overview of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown areas.
The Prepare Care Share training is dedicated to preparing those who work and/ or volunteer in the Historic Triangle, to become ambassadors for the region. Everyone enrolled in the course will discover ways to better understand the needs of visitors to the Triangle Region.
The two-part course consist of an interactive classroom session from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and a tour of the Historic Triangle area from 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Training will be held at the new Thomas Nelson Workforce Center at 4135 Ironbound Rd. Williamsburg, 23188, on the corner of Ironbound and Monticello.
