The Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is a great tool for employers and employees. The CRC is designed to help describe the abilities of potential or current employees.
The CRC in Virginia is supported by the Virginia Workforce Council, Chamber of Commerce, AFL-CIO and the Virginia Manufacturers Association. Virginia Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is an assessment-based credential that gives employers and career seekers a uniform measure of key workplace skills. Northrop Grumman, Liebherr and sixty area quality employers value the Virginia Career Readiness Certificate.
