Fall Fest activities will take place on the Hampton and Historic Triangle campuses this week. All students, faculty and staff are invited to bring family and friends to enjoy this annual event. Music, cotton candy, popcorn and more will be a part of the fun. Keepsake photos in “The Big Red Chair” will also be available.
On Wednesday, September 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the Hampton campus courtyard will be the site of activities. The fun moves to the Gators Café, Griffin Hall, in the event of rain.
The fun continues on Thursday, September 24 at the Historic Triangle with activities taking place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the campus courtyard with the Student Commons as the alternate site in the event of rain.
A picnic lunch will also be part of the fun. The day’s menu will include fried chicken (breast or leg and thigh), two sides from a choice of Cole slaw, baked beans and potato salad, roll and butter, lemonade or iced tea. The reduced price for lunch is $1 for currently enrolled students and $3 for employees and guests.
