Local Production Company Presents ‘Deathtrap’ at TNCC

Published: March 10, 2011

Iron Street Productions will present Ira Levin’s “Deathtrap” weekends March 18 through March 27 at Thomas Nelson Community College (TNCC) in the Dr. Mary T. Christian Auditorium, Hampton campus. The production is open to the public with Friday and Saturday performances at 8 p.m. and 3 p.m shows on Sundays.

In this suspenseful two-act play, playwright Sidney Bruhl is fueled by the desire to once again be the toast of Broadway. He plots along with his wife Myra to kill aspiring playwright, Clifford Anderson, and steal a sure-fire script. They lure the unwitting victim to their home and drama unfolds when their nosy psychic neighbor Helga Ten Dorp and Bruhl’s observant attorney Porter Milligan become involved.

Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or at various locations in Hampton. See http://ironstreetproductions.com/purchaseticketsnow.aspxfor details.
