Is there a way to tell when the business office has received federal grant funds? My federal and pell grants have posted to my account but have not been moved to the refund column.

if a person is in one 16 week class and two eight week classes, then when will that person be able to get there refund check?

My financial is pending and has been ever since 6/20. My tuition is due is 4 days. I cant speed up the process. How do i keep my classes from being dropped?

I agree with previous comments, the semester is about to be over and I have not yet recieved my refund checks and my tuition has not even been paid yet, it is just sitting there pending. I understand it is a process and I did mine late, but my friend who did hers on time, just recieved her check in the mail on July 2, almost 2 months after school started. I believe that this is very ridiculous and not helpful to the student who the aid is there for to help finnancially, the aid isn’t even going to come till it is almost time for the fall semester to start. I’m sorry but TNCC really needs to expedite their process, it’s way too long and hurts the students!!!!!!!!!

I just contacted the business office and they said it would take 14 days from the date it was posted on the account. Kinda speechless and still waiting…..

I sit in a similar boat as Damon. There seems to be a lot less students taking summer classes, I expected to have received something by now. I don’t remember it ever taking this long and my school fees have already been paid, so there has been nothing to process as far as that is concerned.

i contacted the financial aid office by email and they told me to contact the business office. only to get no answer to my question. seems like they dont want to requests students checks….

This is crazy why does it take so long to process information and issue refunds to students. I have been attending TNCC for 5and a half weeks now and still have not received anything , though I do understand that it is a process but I do not understand why nothing is happening . I don’t have the money to buy books I don’t have anything I have lost my job and this is very frustrating . I am doing the best in my classes but still don’t have any funding to assist , so what is financial aid for ? I thought it was designed to help assist students , but here we are more than halfay through the semester and nothing is happening .
