| ARA 101 | Beginning Arabic I (5 credits) ARA 101/102 must be taken in sequence. Prerequisite(s): ENF 1 or ENF 2 as demonstrated through the placement and diagnostics tests or equivalent. Introduces understanding, speaking, reading, and writing skills and emphasizes basic Arabic sentence structure. Discusses the diversity of cultures in the Arab world. Part I of II. Lecture 5 hours per week. |
