Special Notes : This section is taught via compressed video. The above section will be conducted in a combination of traditional classroom lecture and online (Distance Learning) delivery. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course. Orientations for Fall 2012 will be held on Wednesday, August 15, from 5-6 pm in the Mary T. Christian Auditorium in Templin Hall on the Hampton Campus and Thursday, August 16, from 5-6 pm in the Commonwealth Classroom - room 110 - at the Historic Triangle Campus. Full Course Description : (4 credits) Prerequisite(s): ARA 102. Continues to develop understanding, speaking, reading and writing skills and emphasizes basic Arabic sentence structure. Discuses the diversity of cultures in the Arab world. Classes are conducted in Arabic. Part I of II. Lecture 4 hours per week.
