Full Course Description	:	(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): ENF 1 or ENF 2 as demonstrated through the placement and diagnostics tests or equivalent. Provides a basic understanding of stress and its physical, psychological, and social effects. Includes the relationship between stress and change, self-evaluation, sources of stress, and current coping skills for handling stress. Lecture 3 hours per week.
