Special Notes : Section B01W There will be five mandatory meetings required for this section. The required class dates are August 21, September 18, October 16, November 13, and December 11. The above section will be conducted in a combination of traditional classroom lecture and online (Distance Learning) delivery. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course. Orientations for Fall 2012 will be held on Wednesday, August 15, from 5-6 pm in the Mary T. Christian Auditorium in Templin Hall on the Hampton Campus and Thursday, August 16, from 5-6 pm in the Commonwealth Classroom - room 110 - at the Historic Triangle Campus. Full Course Description : (4 credits) Covers mathematics topics in a technology-based setting to prepare students for the study of college level mathematics courses and curricula. Designed for the study of any combination of four developmental math units prescribed by the student's placement test results. Credits not applicable toward graduation. Students requiring 4 or more developmental math units must register for MTT IV.
