This section is a Distance Learning course taught by Northern Virginia Community College using Blackboard via the Internet. Class begins January 13, 2014. Proctored testing is required. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course. There will be two distance learning orientation sessions - one from 5-6 pm in room 100 on (Wednesday) January 8, 2014 at the Historic Triangle Campus and the second held on (Thursday) January 9, 2014, from 5-6pm in the Mary Christian Auditorium on the Hampton Campus. (5 credits) Prerequisite(s): JPN 101. Develops the understanding, speaking, reading, and writing of Japanese, and emphasizes the structure of the language. Part II of II. May include one additional hour of oral practice per week.
