This section is a Distance Learning course taught using Blackboard via the Internet by Northern Virginia Community College. Proctored testing is required. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course. There will be two distance learning orientation sessions - one from 5-6 pm in room 100 on (Wednesday) January 8, 2014 at the Historic Triangle Campus and the second held on (Thursday) January 9, 2014, from 5-6pm in the Mary Christian Auditorium on the Hampton Campus. (4 credits) FRE 201/202 must be taken in sequence. Prerequisite(s): FRE 102 or equivalent. Continues to develop understanding, speaking, reading, and writing skills. French is used in the classroom. Lecture 4 hours per week. May include one additional hour of oral practice per week.
