Thomas Nelson Community College (TNCC) will facilitate in-depth conversations about the disparities and similarities between men and women with PSY 265: The Psychology of Men and Women. TNCC Assistant Professor Adjunct Tina C. Sherwood completed her doctoral dissertation on the topic in 2007 and will teach the course. “Some of the main lessons that I hope that students learn is that despite what is provided in the mass media, studies have shown that men and women are more similar than different and this course will allow equal consideration to both their similarities and differences,” Sherwood said.
