HAMPTON, Va. – Thomas Nelson Community College (TNCC) will observe Black History Month with a series of presentations, lectures, exhibits and other activities that reflect the many contributions of African Americans. Themed “On the Shoulders of Giants: Agents of Change,” the month-long celebrate begins Tuesday, February 1, 2011. All events will take place at the Hampton campus.
