TNCC Offers Free Leadership and Customer Service Training

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Bring your co-workers and bag lunches, and attend a free series of customer service and leadership workshops beginning May 20 at the Discovery Center for Economic and Workforce Development located in New Town at Center at 5308 Discovery Park Boulevard in Williamsburg.
Each session is designed to instill behaviors for acknowledging and responding appropriately to a customer’s human needs – behaviors that often make the difference between losing a customer … and keeping one for a lifetime.
