The Hispanic Cinema Museum chronicles the journeys of pioneers in film, theater and television to educate audiences about those who paved the way for Desi Arnaz, Jennifer Lopez, Daisy Fuentes and other Hispanic and Latino film stars. Rare photographs, biographies, motivational quotes, posters, play bills and other memorabilia tell the stories of Myrtle Gonzales, Beatriz Michelena and other Hispanic and Latino stars of the silent film era. According to information shared in the exhibited, Hispanics have acted in, directed and produced more than 400 films and television shows since 1927. The traveling exhibit is meant inspire and motivate people of all races.
