Thomas Nelson’s Health Department and Student Affairs are partnering with the American College Health Association (ACHC) to offer the National Collegiate Health Assessment, a nationally-recognized research tool that assists colleges and universities in evaluating students’ health habits, behaviors, and perceptions. On April 18, about 5,000 randomly selected TNCC students will receive an email invitation to participate in ACHC’s confidential online survey.
As an incentive, participants will be entered into a drawing for an array of prizes. “Thanks to a generous [faculty/staff mini-grant] from the TNCC Educational Foundation, we are able to offer all students who participate in the survey a chance to win one of several great prizes, including an iPad2, a Wii Console with Wii Fit Bundle, or gift cards to the TNCC Bookstore,” said Health Instructor Michelle Alexander.
