Prove you have the skills to get the job done!

Now through Monday, February 22, Thomas Nelson Community College is offering Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) computer based testing at the TNCC Skill Certification Center in the Peninsula Workforce Development Center. A variety of testing dates and times are available.

The deadline to register is Tuesday, February 16.

ASE Certification demonstrates your commitment to the automotive service and repair profession. According to the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), “Receiving ASE certification shows your peers, supervisors and, in turn, the general public your commitment to your chosen career and your ability to perform to set standards.”

Through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals, the Institute works to fulfill its mission to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service.  At present, about 400,000 professionals hold current certifications. They work in every segment of the automotive service industry: car and truck dealerships, independent garages, fleets, service stations, franchises, and more.

Take your tests at TNCC anytime between January 18 – February 22, 2010 and receive instant scores!  Visit for a detailed flyer.
