WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Thomas Nelson Community College’s (TNCC) new Historic Triangle campus in Williamsburg is now open. Beginning July 22, the College will host public tours of the new facility at 10:00 a.m. Wednesdays and 3:30 p.m. Thursdays through August 21. The new campus sits on nearly 74 acres of land next to Warhill High School at 4601 Opportunity Way.
With state-of-the-art academic, administrative, physical plant and student and faculty support facilities, TNCC’s new three-story, 120,000 square-foot building on the Historic Triangle campus will serve the needs of the students and community at large with a full-service bookstore, computer labs, library and more.
The new campus will house an array of programs, including Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Emergency Medical Services Information Technology, Nursing, Computer-Aided Drafting and Design Technology and the new Dental Hygiene Program slated to open in 2010. Continuing education and Workforce Development opportunities will also be available for residents of the greater Williamsburg/James City County area.
