Southeast campus provides collegial atmosphere for those seeking higher education.
Eddie McCray has timed the two to three minutes it takes him to get from his Riverlands apartment to classes at Thomas Nelson Community College’s Southeast Higher Education Center.
But the convenient location is only part the allure for McCray, a 23-year-old who works full-time and takes night classes. “I like this atmosphere — it’s very comforting and motivating,” he said.
