Current students and alumni of Thomas Nelson Community College have access to a full range of career development services through Thomas Nelson Career Services. Our team works one-on-one with students, alumni and members of the Virginia Peninsula to help them realize career goals.
Services include job placement assistance, career counseling, vocational assessment, career planning assistance, career development workshops, interview and employment preparation, resume and cover letter writing assistance and job search assistance.
Labor market information is available on local, state and national employment data, as well as a variety of on-line career planning resources. Additional information is available for individuals seeking help with occupational and educational choices, job hunting techniques, internships and the cooperative education program.
