The Herb Bateman Army Education Center, which houses TNCC's office at Fort Eustis, suffered a major internet service disruption today (9 April). As a result, most classrooms and offices in the building lack web access, including ours.
While members of the Thomas Nelson staff at the ed center have developed a work-around, services on base will be limited until the building's network is restored. Students taking courses with TNCC on base this term should check with their instructor regarding upcoming class sessions. Additionally, VPT testing services will not be available at the education center until the problem is fixed. Students scheduled to test on base in the coming days should contact our staff at Fort Eustis and re-schedule, or take the VPT at our testing centers in Hampton and Williamsburg.
Despite the disruption, many of our services (including enrollment, academic advising and program outreach) are continuing, and we are maintaining our normal office schedule, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and will keep you apprised of the Army's efforts to resolve the issue. If you have questions, please call us at (757) 878-5344 or (757) 825-2938, or e-mail email@example.com
