Summer Work & Operations Schedule Begins May 16
The summer work schedule of four nine-hour days Monday through Thursday and four hours Friday runs May 16 through Aug. 5. New this year are virtual Fridays.
The College will be closed on May 30 for Memorial Day, June 20 for Juneteenth, and July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Office hours will be adjusted during the weeks in which these holidays are observed.

On virtual Fridays, staff representing Enrollment, Financial Services, and Workforce Development will be available to assist walk-ins during the above service hours at the Historic Triangle campus in Williamsburg (4601 Opportunity Way) and in Hampton at the Peninsula Workforce Development Center (600 Butler Farm Rd.).
To ensure the availability of services, schedules may vary for some offices. Some individuals may have a different supervisor-approved schedule based on business needs in line with the College's Administrative Policy Manual (Policy 3.21). As a reminder, full-time personnel must work a 40-hour-per-week schedule.
Per Human Resources, all personnel must have their correct schedules in PeopleSoft to avoid impacting leave requests and balances. Also, remember to check telework eligibility and make sure a current telework agreement is on file.
