HRMS Outage Scheduled May 13-17 for System Upgrade

The VCCS is nearing the "Go Live" date for the transition from HRMS 9.0 to HCM 9.2. This system upgrade requires a transition period that will limit user system access during the period from May 13 at 5 p.m. to May 17.

Specifically, the system will be unavailable for users, except those directly involved in the upgrade. Changes will be allowed once the new 9.2 system is released on May 17.

This transition period will also have other system impacts beyond HCM 9.0 to 9.2. Because the systems referenced below rely on data exchanges with HCM, they will be impacted during the Go Live/blackout window (5 p.m., May 13 through May 17).

• myVCCS login - new employees who were not interfaced with HCM prior to 5 p.m. on May 13 will not receive a myVCCS login until we are back online on May 17.
• AIS - No Data Exchange during production freeze
• Chrome River - No Data Exchange during production freeze
• CIPPS/Cardinal - No Data Exchange during production freeze
• PeopleAdmin - No Data Exchange during production freeze
• SIS - No Data Exchange during production freeze
• other - any system where an employee has access based on the creation of an account in HCM and myVCCS
