Thomas Nelson Community College will test its emergency notification procedures Tuesday, March 19 at 9:45 a.m.during a statewide tornado drill. All components of the College's emergency notification process will be activated including campus-wide e-mail, College homepage alerts and e2Campus, a notification system that sends text alerts to cell phones and other devices. During the approximately 10-minute drill, those on campus who wish to participate should go to the nearest designated “Storm Shelter Safe Area” and remain until the “all clear” is given. Yellow stickers above doorways indicate these areas throughout campus. Although optional, participation is encouraged.
