Experience the live painting and presentation of a historic element in Black history created on site by renowned artist ChaVonne Whisonant. ChaVonne has provided live art at local festivals, painted a mermaid for the City of Norfolk and painted several murals throughout the Tidewater area. She will display canvas paintings and share her own little corner of this great big world.
