This can include limited access to food, lack of healthcare insurance, emergencies, or other unplanned expenses. Single Stop connects students to resources to help overcome barriers to success.
The Single Stop staff is available to assist you with accessing benefits and resources.
Resources include:
- Benefits Screening- Learn whether you qualify for federal and state benefits, such as food and nutrition programs (SNAP, WIC), health insurance, utility assistance and more.
- Health Insurance Options
- Legal Counseling
- Financial Counseling
- Referrals- The Single Stop staff will also connect you with on campus and community resources and services.
How to get started?
Complete the easy to use screening tool to help identify what benefits you may be eligible to receive. Once the submitted, a Single Stop staff member will contact you to discuss results as well as assist with accessing the resources at no cost to you.
Steps to completing the Single Stop Screener
1.Go to Single Stop Screener
Click "Sign Up": Use your email address as username and create a password for your account. Make sure to include a phone number.2.Fill in your information: Take 5-10 minutes to complete your information. It will automatically calculate your possible eligibility.
3. Submit Information: Make sure you hit the "send" button and a Single Stop staff member will contact you.
