The majority of our students who plan to complete their Bachelor's degree choose to transfer to Old Dominion University.

Old Dominion University (ODU) has been a special partner for many years, offering Virginia Peninsula students and Peninsula residents an affordable pathway to a high-quality education from one of the region's best universities.

ODU has a dedicated presence on our Hampton campus: the ODU Peninsula Center. The center, located on the second floor of the Peninsula Workforce Development Center, offers state-of-the-art academic facilities to support an array of undergraduate and graduate programs meeting the needs of the Peninsula community.

Virginia Peninsula students can choose to continue their studies at ODU in a wide range of disciplines. Our most recent partnership provides students graduating from Virginia Peninsula with an associate degree in Information Systems Technology with a pathway to complete ODU's Cybersecurity major, offered through the interdisciplinary studies program in the College of Arts and Letters.

ODU will guarantee admission to Virginia Peninsula students who complete all requirements of an approved articulation agreement or received their A.A. or A.S. degree with minimum GPA.
