Application Requirements
- Attend information session
- May be available online or in-person
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5
- Math placement: qualify for MTH 154 or higher
- SDV 100/SDV 101 or equivalent Grade: C or better
- ENG 111 or higher grade: C or better grades
BIO 141 or 145, BIO 150, and CHM 101: B or better

- Students must complete the application requirements by the deadline to apply
- Meeting the minimum application requirements does not guarantee acceptance
- Top 25 applicants will be asked to complete an interview
- Application periods open at midnight on the start date and close at 11:59 pm on the end date
- English and Math placement scores are good for 5 years; Math requirements may be satisfied with the review of high school and college transcripts
- TEAS scores are good for 3 years. This is the last application cycle that will accept the TEAS as the dental hygiene admissions test
- College Science courses (BIO, CHM) must have been taken within past 10 years unless otherwise stated
