About a year after I started attending Virginia Peninsula, I was fortunate enough to land a work-study position through the Enrollment Management Office.
Jennifer Major completed a degree in Administrative Support Technology as a Magna Cum Laude graduate. Major also served as a tutor in Virginia Peninsula's Tutorial Learning Center for Info Technology Essentials and Accounting and as a student ambassador tour guide. That gave her the perfect opportunity to share her wonderful experiences with prospective students.
Her education led to a position with Riverside Medical Group, and she credits Virginia Peninsula for helping her gain the experience she needed for the full-time job.
