Virginia Peninsula has provided an excellent environment for current and past military personnel to pursue their goals during and after the military.

Anthony Sualog joined the military after high school. After more than nine years in the military, he finally took advantage of the opportunity to study Social Science at Virginia Peninsula. "[Virginia Peninsula] has provided an excellent environment for current and past military personnel to pursue their goals during and after the military," Sualog said.

Sualog is a member of Virginia Peninsula's chapter of Student Veterans of America as well as the TRiO Program and the National Society of Leadership and Success. In the next five years, Sualog plans to complete a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations at William & Mary, work for a government agency and travel the world. "[Virginia Peninsula] assists students from the moment they enter their doors to the day they graduate or transfer from their facility. There are not many schools that do what [Virginia Peninsula] does, and I am glad to be a part of this organization."
